Community Ambassador

We are seeking a talented and experienced Community Ambassador to help build a vibrant community of citizens, creators, and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement programs that foster engagement and contribution from the community.
  • Develop and manage hyperlocal hubs, supporting events, creators, and contributors across various categories.
  • Build a calendar of offline meetups, pop-ups, club events, and gatherings that bring the community together.
  • Create rituals, challenges, and activities that keep members inspired and motivated.
Community Development
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture community leaders, creators, and contributors.
  • Collaborate with partners on unique content drops, city walkthroughs, or experiences that showcase the community's creativity.
  • Support creators in launching their workshops, gigs, or storytelling formats.
Operations and Systems
  • Design and manage backend systems for onboarding, community rules, moderation flows, and reward programs.
  • Develop documentation, SOPs, and playbooks to scale community operations across cities.
Communication and Engagement
  • Run weekly and monthly engagement campaigns (polls, Q&As, city shoutouts, community wins).
  • Collaborate on content to highlight community stories – reels, feature posts, or newsletter spotlights.
Strategy and Feedback
  • Track community health and growth metrics – like retention, activation, contributions, and sentiment.
  • Bring back qualitative insights and feedback from the community to help improve services.
