Key Responsibilities
  • Train, optimize, and fine-tune models to power our AI companion.
  • Experiment with large language models, embeddings, and recommendation systems to create smarter and more personalized conversations.
  • Analyze data (structured, unstructured, and sometimes chaotic) to give our AI companion a robust memory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into working features.
  • Evaluate performance, cost, and ethics to ensure our AI solutions are great and responsible.
Requirements
  • A strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • Experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Mastery of mathematical and statistical concepts to troubleshoot model issues.
  • The ability to prototype quickly, learn from failures, and try again.
  • Prior experience in productionizing models is a significant plus - research is great, but shipping is truly magical.
