We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to turn complex concepts into compelling visuals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing graphics that emphasize reports for distribution.\
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects in line with brand guidelines.\
  • Contribute to refining presentations and decks for a polished, professional appearance.\
  • Develop captivating social media material and newsletter creatives, ensuring brand consistency.\
  • Collaborate with the Tech partner on website changes, enhancing user experience and brand integrity.\
  • Ongoing ownership and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring alignment with established brand identity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.\
  • Familiarity with data visualization software, creating PowerPoint presentations and reports.\
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw etc.\
  • Excellent understanding of design principles and best practices.\
  • Strong project management skills.\
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
