Job Title: Identity & Access Data Specialist

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day operations for the Identity & Access Management – Data Services function. This includes ensuring native Userdata is aggregated to Onecert, and processes/procedures are followed without any deviations as per documented process.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Refresh Userdata to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review, etc.
  2. Extract, source, convert, and upload Userlists to Onecert.
  3. Conduct and adhere to established processes to ensure all reports are generated and follow defined escalation processes to source Userlists.
  4. Fulfil requests raised by business/stakeholders to source Userlists and SAM Documents.
  5. Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  6. Collaborate with external teams for Userlist sourcing, understanding application limitations, and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Highlight/mitigate risks pertaining to IAM processes and The Bank.
  8. Support IAM leaders to maintain and enhance IAM processes.
  9. Demonstrate good working etiquette, strong team work, and communication to the team.
  10. Review and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.
