  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted advertising strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in performance marketing to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record (3-5 years) of experience in performance/digital marketing, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
