About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage and grow our web-based affiliate and publisher network.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our affiliate relationships to drive quality leads, conversions, and revenue for our web campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing web affiliates and publishers.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance: clicks, leads, sales, ROI, and fraud metrics.
  • Campaign Optimization: Negotiate campaign terms and payouts (CPL, CPA, CPS, etc.). Ensure campaign delivery, compliance, and continuous optimization for better results.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and tech teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in web affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing.
  • Skills: Strong grasp of key web KPIs: CTR, CR, EPC, ROI, etc. Experience using tracking and attribution platforms like HasOffers (TUNE), Impact, Everflow, or Affise.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic sources in web marketing.
