Job Title:

Procurement Operations Associate

As a Procurement Operations Associate, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders accurately and timely using relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders (POs) accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prioritize orders based on urgency, business needs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain internal trackers and databases to monitor order statuses, delivery schedules, and costs.
  • Support the onboarding of new vendors by collecting required documents and setting up records.
  • Assist in generating reports on buying activity, order accuracy, and vendor compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and flag any delays or exceptions to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Sense of urgency, flexibility, and ability to multi-task are desired traits.
  • Detail oriented with good organizational and clerical skills.
  • Able to work independently with little supervision.
