Application Development Team Lead

Job Description:

As a seasoned Application Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of cutting-edge applications that cater to our customers' needs. Your primary role will be to educate and support customers in the optimal usage of these applications, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.

To achieve this, you will need to work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized application configurations that meet their specific needs. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive training to customers on how to use these applications effectively, leveraging your expertise to resolve any issues that may arise.

Your experience as a team leader will be instrumental in guiding junior team members and providing them with the necessary support to excel in their roles. You will also serve as an interface between customers and internal stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and resolving any conflicts that may arise.

In this capacity, you will be required to collaborate with the sales team to conduct product demos, showcasing the features and benefits of our applications to potential customers. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing internal stakeholder relationships, working closely with various departments to ensure that our applications are aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in managing application teams
  • Masters degree in biologics or a related field
