Job Opportunity: Senior Design Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects with exceptional design quality.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with clients.
  • Deep understanding of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and process orientation skills.
  • Able to lead teams with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership.
  • Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
