AI/ML Leader

Seeking an expert AI/ML leader to drive innovation in classical machine learning, conversational AI, and deep learning systems. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in NLP, large language models, generative AI, and MLOps to develop scalable AI-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include defining and driving the AI/ML strategy, leading research and development of cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models, and establishing best practices for data pipelines and model deployment.

Additionally, you will evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, architect and implement generative AI solutions, optimize large language models for business applications, and work on text generation, semantic search, and AI-driven recommendation systems.

You will oversee end-to-end model lifecycle, implement MLOps best practices, optimize models using hyperparameter tuning techniques, and lead and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI-driven applications.
  • Proficiency in Classical ML (Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, SVMs, Gradient Boosting, etc.) and Deep Learning (CNNs, LSTMs, GANs, Transformers, etc.).
  • Strong experience with GPT, BERT, T5, Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, and SpaCy.
  • Programming skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.).
  • Big Data & Cloud: Experience working with large-scale datasets, cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask, Hadoop).
  • Model Deployment: Strong understanding of APIs, CI/CD pipelines for ML models, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and model monitoring.
