Chief Financial Operations Manager

Our organization seeks a strategic Financial Controller to lead the financial operations and control functions across multiple businesses.
This role will serve as a financial backbone, overseeing the entire accounting and finance function, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing robust financial controls, streamlining processes, providing timely and accurate financial insights to key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring accounts and finance teams across all group companies.
- Ensuring proper task allocation, daily follow-ups, productivity monitoring.
- Identifying skill gaps, coordinating training or restructuring to optimize team performance.
- Overseeing all end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, ledgers, statutory compliance.
- Managing the closing of books, ensuring timely finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, audits.
- Developing and implementing internal controls, procedures to safeguard company assets, ensure data accuracy.
- Analyzing workflows, financial data to identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies.
- Developing maintaining dashboards, tracking mechanisms to ensure complete financial, operational visibility.
- Collaborating with team leads to implement corrective action plans, process improvements.
- Evaluating enhancing existing accounting, finance processes by introducing new systems, automation to improve accuracy, efficiency.
- Standardizing financial procedures, reporting formats, policies across all companies under the family office umbrella.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal leadership, external auditors, other key stakeholders on financial matters.
- Preparing presenting periodic financial insights, performance summaries, strategic recommendations to the family/promoter.
