Job Title:

Cloud Financials Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

This role involves implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud Financials modules for clients, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and Fusion Tax. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and client-handling skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Define and oversee financial data migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
  • Conduct user training and prepare user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
