Job Description

We are developing a cutting-edge Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution tailored for the pharmaceutical industry. Our product integrates complex business processes and cutting-edge technologies to meet industry standards and drive operational efficiency.

The role of a Software Test Engineer is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ERP system. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for leading and executing functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and security testing for complex ERP modules.

You will work closely with developers, business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify potential issues early. Your expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes will enable you to champion quality assurance best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior testers, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance. Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will be essential in identifying and resolving complex testing issues.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all testing activities comply with relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations, such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP. You will maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test cases, test results, defects, and QA processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in software testing, preferably within ERP systems.
  • Proven track record of leading QA teams and managing complex testing projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database testing.
