Establishing a strong financial foundation is critical for business success. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions that drive strategic outcomes.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage team workload and assignments for Advanced Management Services (AMS) and Optimization Projects.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Adaptive Deployments.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
  • A proven track record of managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with comfort working across cultures and time zones.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is mandatory. Workday Financials and Project Manager Certifications are preferred.
