Financial Planning Role

This position plays a key part in our finance team, working closely with other departments to drive business growth and improve strategic decision-making processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating actionable insights and supporting the development of the Operating Plan. This involves budgeting, forecasting and tracking costs across different business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual operating plans based on business metrics.
  • Budgeting fixed costs and planning provisions.
  • Timely reporting of all business transactions related to fixed costs.
  • Supporting the general ledger team in preparing management information systems.
  • Reviewing profit and loss statements for different business segments.
  • Identifying and tracking key movements in relation to critical costs.
  • Collaborating with business teams to provide data for weekly reporting.
  • Submitting provisions and unit economics for monthly book closure.
  • Reviewing invoices for timely approval.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and planning tools.
