Project Coordinator Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Project Coordinator to oversee the successful execution of end-to-end project activities within our modular furniture manufacturing unit.

The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of client orders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Project Planning & Coordination:
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
      • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
      • Prepare and present proposals, schedules, and budgets to clients and stakeholders.
    • Design Support:
      • Work closely with interior designers, architects, and clients to finalize design concepts.
      • Ensure design specifications align with client requirements and budget constraints.
      • Provide technical support for the development of documentation and drawings.
    • Budget Management:
      • Establish and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
      • Approve procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
      • Manage cost variations and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Procurement & Vendor Management:
      • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
      • Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring optimal pricing and services.
      • Coordinate delivery schedules and installation processes, ensuring seamless integration.
    • Construction Oversight:
      • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
      • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
      • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
      • Address and rectify non-conformance issues in a timely manner.
    • Schedule Management:
      • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.
      • Ensure timely completion of milestones and final delivery.
    • Client Communication:
      • Maintain transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
      • Provide regular status updates and reports, addressing any concerns or questions.
      • Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Risk Management:
      • Identify potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
      • Address unforeseen issues proactively, minimizing impact on the project timeline.
    • Post-Project Closeout:
      • Conduct final inspections and obtain approvals from clients and stakeholders.
      • Ensure proper handover of documentation, warranties, and manuals.
      • Gather client feedback and conduct post-occupancy evaluations.
