Job Title: Partnerships Coordinator

About the Role:

A dynamic position is available for an experienced partnerships professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in Central India.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with domestic partners, including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies, ensuring all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
  • Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Represent us in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
  • Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development (experience with state tourism boards or attractions strongly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
  • Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Secure partnerships and proposals from at least 2–3 key state tourism boards.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with annual targets.
  • Establish strong client relationships and a regular meeting schedule with domestic partners.
  • Deliver a pipeline of new partnership opportunities for expansion in Central India.
