Insurance Testing Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the challenging role of insurance testing. This involves developing and executing test cases for finance processes, including penny testing, subledger reconciliation, and cash lifecycle testing.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with penny testing, reconciliations, and cash management workflows, as well as a good understanding of insurance finance flows.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for insurance-specific finance processes.
  • Test integrations between policy administration systems, claims systems, and the finance subledger to ensure end-to-end process accuracy.
  • Validate financial postings and confirm accounting rules are correctly applied for premiums, claims, and reinsurance.
  • Perform data validation for high-volume insurance transactions and ensure data integrity across multiple source systems.

Essential skills include 3+ years' experience in finance/ERP testing within the insurance or financial services sector, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
