Job Description

The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading a team of supervisors to achieve performance targets, including key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), and average handling time (AHT).

They will monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans to drive process excellence.

Additionally, they will handle escalations, ensure high-quality customer service, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.

The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry best practices.

They will conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to develop team members.

Furthermore, they will work on workforce planning, rostering, and attrition control to maintain a healthy team dynamic.

Finally, they will generate reports and provide insights for operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
