Job Title: Team Lead and Operations Manager

Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a team lead or management role.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
