About the Role

As a seasoned Software Engineering Team Lead, you will oversee the development of high-quality software products. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams, defining engineering strategies, and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of engineering projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement engineering best practices, architecture decisions, and code quality standards.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of people management or technical leadership experience.
  • 8+ years of software development experience, including proficiency in languages like Python or Go.
  • Strong experience with relational (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL databases, as well as high-throughput transactional systems.
  • Solid hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Azure/GCP/AWS and optimizing microservices with Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to ETL systems, Big Data systems, or Data Engineering tools (Pandas, NumPy, Kafka).
  • Proven success managing projects in an agile environment and strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
