Job Title: Cyber Security Access Management Professional
At Contactx Resource Management Pvt Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Access Management Professional to join our team. This critical role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust access control systems to safeguard our organization's sensitive data and applications.
This professional will collaborate with our IT and security teams to develop and enforce policies that protect us from potential security breaches or policy violations. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining access control policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- Implementing and managing access control solutions and tools for user provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, authorization, and reporting.
- Collaborating with IT and business units to understand access needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Performing user account lifecycle management, including creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts and access rights.
- Monitoring and auditing access controls to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Providing support for access-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving access problems for end-users.
- Coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure effective implementation and integration of access control products and services.
- Conducting regular reviews and updates of access roles and permissions to align with changing business needs.
- Training and educating staff on access control policies and best practices to promote security awareness.
- Participating in the evaluation and selection of access control technologies and products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in access management, IT security, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of access principles, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., SSO, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Experience with access control tools and platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, SailPoint, or similar.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards related to access control (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Estimated Salary: $135,000 - $185,000 per year
