Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to lead our team in developing innovative solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering complex systems that meet the needs of our clients.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in software engineering concepts and at least 5 years of experience in applying them. You should also have formal training or certification in designing and building large-scale distributed systems and a minimum of 12 years of experience in applied systems design and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and design new features for our suite of applications.
  • Review and improve the current ecosystem and platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to support business decisions.
  • Develop secure and high-quality production code.
  • Drive decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations.
Requirements
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
  • Experience in designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
  • Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and React JS programming languages.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server/Postgres.
  • Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently.

  • Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes.
  • Experience in building and growing talent.
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing requirements.
