Leadership Opportunity in Technology and Data Science

We seek a visionary leader to spearhead our India technology and data science operations.

  • Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, data scientists, and technical staff in developing AI-driven health analytics solutions.
  • Oversee the development of AI and NLP-based analytics products with a focus on end-user clinical and care management perspectives.
  • Maintain and improve full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Built internal service tools and platforms processing healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through project management tools and processes contributing to team performance and results.
  • Promote innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Guide the team's ability to transform ideas from business problem statements to practical data- and AI-driven health analytics.
  • Grow a team of skilled and dedicated staff through selective hiring and integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience running and leading global resources across geographies and time zones, team building, coaching, and mentoring.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience, including maintaining/operating a software product for 2+ years.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing, data processing, or data science.
  • Extensive team building and leadership experience, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Essential Skills:
  • Executive presence, effective interface with senior leadership.
  • Degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.
  • Software security focus and mindset, experience with security certifications.
  • Ability to manage and communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Translation of client insights into product and operational requirements.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.
