We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and professional licensure.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments, develop therapy plans, and provide regular progress updates to clients and parents.
- Offer parent consultations, guide home-based intervention plans, and empower parents through active counseling.
- Mentor junior therapists through feedback, coaching, and group training sessions.
- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions, ensuring client retention and identifying opportunities for growth.
The successful candidate must have:
- 3+ years of experience in occupational therapy, with a focus on pediatrics.
- A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) and professional licensure.
- Hands-on experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and sensory processing disorders.
