Strategic Financial Planning Leader

This role involves developing and implementing strategic financial planning solutions for the organization. As a leader in this area, you will be responsible for ensuring that financial planning processes are aligned with business objectives and provide accurate and timely information to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on financial planning best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial planning processes with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial planning processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Lead and manage projects related to financial planning system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, finance teams, and IT departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies that impact financial planning processes.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with financial planning systems, such as Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required).
  • Workday Financials Certification (preferred).
  • Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred).
