About This Role:

The organizational management team plays a vital role in depicting the organizational structure, providing information electronically, and serving as a basis for reporting, audits, legal matters, and internal workflows. This responsibility spans across various associate groups within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Global Projects: The successful candidate will be actively involved in the design, transition, takeover phases, and smooth operation of OM activities in Global Projects.
  • Automation Programs: They will be responsible for initiating and implementing automation programs to reduce capacity and enhance user experience.
  • Process Improvements & Harmonization: They will identify, initiate, and implement process improvements through change requests, local holiday changes, and service management tickets. Additionally, they will initiate and implement harmonization across different entities.
  • Maintenance of Organizational Structures, Position, Person, and Communication Master Data.
  • 2nd Level Support on Technical Issues: They will provide support on technical issues, including COMPAS, HR core rules, policies, and processes, data creation and maintenance, etc.
  • Maintenance of Organizational Master Data in the COMPAS System
  • Maintenance Processes for Position Master Data in the Local HR System.
  • SAP Updation (HR Core): They will create/delimit org units, classify org types, update cost centers, personnel areas/subareas, locations, account assignments, info org units, position maintenance, position movements, role updations, target/disciplinary manager mappings, managerial assignments, direct/indirect flag updates. The primary goal is to ensure reliable data in good quality for consumer systems connected to COMPAS.
  • Monthly Inputs to Org Changes Stakeholders Team on Org Management and Chief Updates.
  • SLA Adherence: They will adhere to SLAs by timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction with stakeholders via Teams or email.
  • Create Queries and Generate Need-Based MIS & Reports from SAP & COMPAS
  • Effective Partnering: They will partner effectively with internal and external customers, delivering high-level customer service.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Any Discipline, Postgraduate/MBA in Human Resources (Optional), MSW

Experience: 3-5 Years of Work Experience in SAP/Success Factors

Mandatory Skills: Experience in EC/SAP
