Financial Operations Manager

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial planning, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
The role involves managing the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Taxation & Compliance:
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Handle tax assessments, statutory audits, and compliance with Indian accounting standards.
- Transfer Pricing & International Transactions:
- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and auditors on compliance and reporting requirements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Provide MIS and variance analysis reports to management.
- Treasury & Banking:
- Monitor cash flows, fund requirements, and banking transactions.
- Assist in foreign exchange-related transactions.
- Audit & Internal Controls:
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and transfer pricing audits.
- Strengthen internal control processes.
**Candidate Profile:**
- Qualification: CA / Inter CA (preferred).
- Experience: 3–7 years in Accounts & Finance within Sales & Trading / Manufacturing companies.
- Hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing, GST, Taxation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and MIS Reporting.
- SAP B1 / SAP Hana - Mandatory, Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in a Japanese company will be a strong value addition.
- Should be open to warehouse visits and cross-functional coordination.
