We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to oversee our day-to-day accounting operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries. This will also involve assisting in the preparation of financial statements and Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
- Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely completion with accurate documentation.
- Handle reconciliations such as bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Monitor working capital, including receivables follow-up and vendor payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- A Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems such as SAP or Tally.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
