Job Title: Senior Process Manager

 

The Senior Process Manager plays a key role in driving business growth by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer experience. This strategic leader is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end process solutions that meet the organization's goals and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize data skills to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Generate comprehensive reports to present findings to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Document business processes, data flows, and requirements, ensuring seamless communication and understanding among team members.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions, leveraging expertise in data analysis and visualization.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required to support business initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or similar position.
  • Strong data skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex datasets, utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in interpreting data and translating findings into actionable insights, effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with report generation and data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and data flows, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), SQL, Python, and other related technologies is a plus.
  • Certification in Business Analysis or related field is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with GCP services and tools, including Tableau and SQL, is a strong asset.
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau and SQL querying is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation is beneficial.
