Job Title: Manager Corporate Strategy & Innovation

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinkingManager Corporate Strategy & Innovationto lead internal and external innovation efforts, drive a culture of innovation across the organization, and support strategic diversification initiatives. This role will be pivotal in managing our global innovation portfolio, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the company's future through emerging technologies and new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Innovation Culture & Ecosystem Engagement:

- Foster and embed a culture of innovation across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, accelerators, VCs, academia, and other external innovation partners.
- Build innovative horizon 2 / 3 solutions to emerging / futuristic customer needs. Drive co-creation with startups, tech ecosystem and customers that enable digital transformation for Enterprises and add future ready capabilities to TC platforms and services.
- Facilitate internal innovation programs, ideation challenges, and innovation workshops.

- Global Innovation Portfolio Management:

- Manage a global portfolio of innovation initiatives, pilots, and partnerships.
- Work in emerging technologies like Gen AI, BC, AR/VR, Drones, computer vision, digital twins etc.
- Identify and scale successful pilots across business units and geographies

- - Strategic Foresight & Market Intelligence:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.

- Develop short-term and long-term diversification roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.

- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and influence decision-making.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with business units, product teams, and R&D to co-develop new ideas and drive proof-of-concept development.

- Ensure alignment of innovation initiatives with overall corporate strategy and priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Masters degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA +BTech preferred).

- 2-4 years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation, or management consulting.

- Strong understanding of technology trends, startup ecosystems, and digital transformation.

- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and manage cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., design thinking, lean startup) is a plus.
