At the heart of our operations, we seek an exceptional Compliance Manager to spearhead our risk mitigation efforts.

About This Role

This is a critical position that demands strong leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will oversee our compliance programs, drive external certifications, support customer assurance processes, and ensure organization-wide security governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit & Certification Management: Lead SOC 2, ISO 27001 audits, coordinate with auditors and certification bodies, maintain documentation and evidence.
  • Customer & Regulatory Compliance: Respond to customer questionnaires, review Data Protection Agreements, and ensure ongoing compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Governance & Policy Management: Develop, update, and enforce information security policies, drive company-wide security awareness and training, monitor internal controls and compliance frameworks.
  • Risk & Fraud Management: Conduct risk assessments across business units, identify and mitigate fraud risks, apply AI-driven techniques for detection and monitoring.
  • AI & Automation in GRC: Evaluate and implement AI-based tools for monitoring, document reviews, and reporting, automate repetitive tasks using AI.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with teams, provide regular compliance and risk reporting to leadership.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in GRC, audit management, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of driving compliance programs and improving risk posture.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
