We are seeking an experienced Tender Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the tender process from start to finish.

  • Identify and analyze potential tender opportunities from various sources.
  • Analyze request for proposals (RFPs), expressions of interest (EOIs), and tender documents to understand scope, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
  • Prepare and compile all necessary technical and commercial documents for tender submissions, including technical specifications, financial bids, company profiles, experience certificates, legal documents, and required declarations.
  • Ensure all documents comply with the tender requirements, are accurately filled, and are submitted in the correct format.
  • C coordinate with internal departments to gather required information and approvals.
  • Assist in the preparation of pre-qualification documents (PQ documents).
  • Manage the end-to-end tender submission process, primarily focusing on online e-tendering portals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate uploading of bids and supporting documents before deadlines.
  • Address any technical issues related to online tender submission.
  • Maintain records of all submitted tenders and their statuses.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings to clarify doubts and gather additional information.
  • Communicate with tendering authorities or clients regarding any clarifications or amendments.
  • Track the status of submitted tenders and follow up on bid outcomes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all tender opportunities, submissions, outcomes, and competitor information.
  • Prepare regular reports on tender activity, success rates, and market trends for management review.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and tender guidelines.
  • Maintain proper archiving of all tender-related documents for future reference and audit.
