ServiceNow Developer - Telecom Order Management

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role focuses on the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module, requiring in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and experience with telecom domain processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom applications tailored to meet telecom order management needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
  • Develop ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and configure Order Management modules
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module
  • Experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an advantage
  • Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal

Telecom domain knowledge is essential, particularly in Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment. Experience in working in Agile/DevOps environments is also beneficial.
