About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to lead our team's architectural vision. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact on our organization by defining and implementing architecture strategies that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture Development: Contribute to the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
  • Component and Interface Design: Produce specifications of cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers, and interfaces, for translation into detailed designs using selected services and products.
  • Design Compliance and Standards: Support change programs or projects through the preparation of technical plans and application of design principles that comply with enterprise and solution architecture standards (including security).
  • System Modeling and Prototyping: Model, simulate, or prototype the behavior of proposed system components to enable approval by stakeholders.
  • Detailed Design Specifications: Producers detailed design specifications to form the basis for the construction of systems.
  • Software Design: Design software components and modules using appropriate modeling techniques following agreed software design standards, patterns, and methodologies.
  • Data Modeling and Design: Investigate corporate data requirements, applying data analysis, design, modeling, and quality assurance techniques to establish, modify, or maintain data structures.
  • Systems Integration and Build: Provide technical expertise to enable the configuration of software, system components, and equipment for systems testing.
  • Requirements Definition and Management: Contribute to selecting the requirements approach for projects, either predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (iterative/agile).
  • Programming/Software Development: Design, code, verify, test, document, amend, and refactor complex programs/scripts and integration software services.

  • Database Modeling & Optimization: Postgres, Oracle, NoSQL (MongoDB)
  • API Design: RESTful, GraphQL, Swagger, Postman
  • Data Technologies: Data Lake (Cassandra), Message Broker (Kafka)
  • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Gradle, BitBucket, Docker, Artifactory
  • QA / Test Automation: Serenity, Selenium, Cucumber
  • Design Practices: Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Design, Hexagonal Architecture, Microservices, Data Service Architecture
  • Application Frameworks & Backend Tech Stack: Spring Boot, NestJS
