  • Manage an international team of 12 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high-quality results.

  • Control and monitor internal and external projects, ensuring adherence to time and cost budgets while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Develop and optimize the IT landscape, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

  • Standardize worldwide distributed locations, implementing consistent processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • A completed degree in computer science or a comparable course of study.

    ">

  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness, with the ability to work effectively with international teams.

  • A high degree of initiative and creative will, with a strong desire to innovate and improve processes.

  • A cooperative, goal-oriented, and strategic approach to work, with a focus on achieving business objectives.

  • Sovereignty in dealing with internal and external customers, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, including experience in leading international teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT architecture, virtualization, current network technologies, server systems with Windows and Linux Container solutions in CI/CD environment.

  • Very good knowledge of ITIL, with familiarity with current security standards.

  • Several years of management experience with international teams, with fluency in English.
