Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We're seeking an expert in quality assurance automation to drive our software development workflow forward. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing processes and methodologies, with experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver. They will also have proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
Our team is passionate about software development and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to identify test requirements, develop test cases, and implement test automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing test scenarios to ensure 100% requirement coverage;
- Preparing and maintaining test cases, reporting defects, and managing the overall testing process;
- Supporting the software development workflow by actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and promoting standardization measures;
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related tools/frameworks;
- Developing and executing performance test scripts using tools like JMeter or Gatling to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance;
- Creating and maintaining mobile automation test scripts using Appium for Android and iOS platforms;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather detailed test requirements and fully understand application functionality;
- Executing automated test suites, analyzing results, identifying defects, and recommending improvements;
- Continuously enhancing and optimizing test automation frameworks, tools, and processes for scalability and efficiency;
- Collaborating with DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for seamless delivery;
- Acting as a technical mentor to junior testers and supporting knowledge sharing across the team;
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives in test automation processes, tools, and quality standards.
