Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our product management team. As a key member, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure delivery of high-value features.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to align product development with market demands.
  • Support pre-sales activities by providing product expertise, preparing demos, and responding to client inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in B2B and B2C domains.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting pre-sales processes and collaborating with sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or technology products is preferred.
