Job Title: Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development, strong local market knowledge of key areas, excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills, and be self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and agents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external property consultants to ensure a steady supply of qualified leads.
  • Source verified clients through partner networks and references, driving registrations and bookings.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead flow and effective collaboration.
  • Provide regular feedback and market intelligence to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development.
  • Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused.
  • A preferred candidate will also have an own vehicle for frequent site visits.
