Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for product packaging, promotional materials, social media, and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create cohesive and compelling content that appeals to children and parents.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce creative assets for product packaging, promotional materials, social media, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, production, and sales teams to create cohesive and compelling content for various campaigns.
  • Develop and adapt assets for digital and print platforms while maintaining visual and branding consistency.
  • Evaluate all packaging and marketing designs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards relevant to food products for children.
  • Manage multiple design projects and coordinate deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer (FMCG or food sector experience is highly preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product packaging, branding, and campaign work.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for food packaging and children's products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW); animation and video editing.
  • Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and child-friendly design principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to conceptualize, adapt designs for various formats, and manage feedback constructively.
