Senior Motion Graphic Designer Role

We are seeking an exceptionally creative and technically adept Motion Graphic Designer to contribute to our visual storytelling team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of professional experience in crafting compelling content, leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency, and staying up-to-date on trends in video editing, motion graphics, and AI-driven visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, edit, and deliver impactful videos for brand campaigns, social media, and advertisements.
  • Integrate AI tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve creative output.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure all video content aligns with the brand strategy and visual identity.
  • Pitch and execute innovative post-production ideas, particularly for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other modern formats.
  • Support graphic design elements to elevate video storytelling when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing, with a diverse portfolio showcasing branded content and AI-enhanced visuals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • A solid understanding of motion graphics, visual effects, typography, and color grading.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools for video and image generation.
  • Graphic design skills are a strong plus – especially layout design, branding, and social media creatives.
  • A creative thinker with excellent storytelling instincts and attention to detail.
  • Up-to-date on trends across platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
