About the Role- This position involves driving insurance marketing strategies, partnering with insurance companies, and delivering excellent client service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing insurance marketing plans to achieve business objectives, establishing and maintaining partnerships with insurance companies to drive growth, leading client meetings and managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, collaborating with internal sales and support teams to deliver results, and undergoing training and certification with the Insurance Institute of India for the Specified Person role to enhance expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and Executing Insurance Marketing Plans: The candidate will develop and execute insurance marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Establishing and Maintaining Partnerships: The candidate will establish and maintain partnerships with insurance companies to drive growth.
- Leading Client Meetings: The candidate will lead client meetings and manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with Internal Teams: The candidate will collaborate with internal sales and support teams to deliver results.
- Enhancing Expertise: The candidate will undergo training and certification with the Insurance Institute of India for the Specified Person role to enhance expertise.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance marketing in India
- Existing Insurance Institute certification (Insurance Agent/Specified Person) is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen to drive business growth
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Authorization to work in India is required
