We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our team.

Job Location: Bangalore Whitefield / Chennai (Ambattur)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Experienced (6+ years)

Work Schedule: Hybrid (1 or 2 days need to go office)

Notice Period: Immediate / Short Notice preferred

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Java developer to work on back-end services and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop efficient, scalable, and reliable back-end services using Java or Kotlin.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of code.

- Develop multi-threaded architectures, web services, caching, and event-driven pipelines.

- Deploy code in modern programming environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality code and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

- Excellent software engineering skills in Java or Kotlin.

- Strong focus on testing, with a customer-first mindset.

- Experience with multi-threaded architectures, web services, caching, and event-driven pipelines.

- Practical experience in deploying code in a modern programming environment using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Bonus Skills:

- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design and design patterns.

- Experience with AWS, Redis, Kafka, NoSQL, Terraform, Monitoring, and observability.
