About the Role

We are seeking an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, leveraging technology and networks, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. As part of the HR team, you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify skill gaps, drive employer branding initiatives, and optimize the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions across engineering, operations, and marketing, while supporting high-priority growth areas and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
  • Optimize workflows, reduce time-to-hire, and build robust talent pipelines.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and critical roles, consistently engaging passive candidates and reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions, accurately representing role requirements and ensuring alignment with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Improve candidate experience by streamlining interview scheduling, offering timely feedback, and enhancing onboarding processes.

This role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with Talent Acquisition, background from the IT Industry will be highly regarded. You should have a proven track record in full-Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, behavioral assessments, skills testing, and onboarding. Experience with Data-Driven Recruitment- KPIs, metrics, and reporting (time-to-fill, cost per-hire) is also required.

You will work closely with our Global Talent Acquisition team, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure excellent candidate experience and talent management. Strong stakeholder management skills, able to partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs, are essential. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are also required.
