Job DescriptionThe Production Coordinator Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from evaluating purchase orders to ensuring timely completion of projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules, taking into account material, labor, and equipment availability.
- Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient resource allocation.
- Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays and maintain productivity.
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with established timelines and quality standards.
- Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs and improve processes, enhancing overall efficiency and product quality.
- Effecting changes to production schedules as needed to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Compiling status and performance reports, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in evaluating complex data and making informed decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- A degree in a related field, such as business administration or engineering.
