Job Description:
The successful candidate will collaborate with recruitment agencies to manage hiring needs, work closely with department managers to assess staffing requirements, and plan recruitment strategies. Responsibilities include:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using platforms like Naukri.com and Indeed
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers
- Manage job postings, advertisements, and updates across recruitment platforms
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ensuring timely follow-ups and a smooth onboarding process
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and employment contracts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, with 3-4 years of experience using Naukri.com and Indeed for hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination between agencies and managers
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
