About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Procurement Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.

Your primary goal will be to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards while identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, conducting supplier assessments, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality, managing procurement budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring timely delivery of purchase orders to external vendors.

In addition, you will analyze spend, savings, supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) and at least 3 years of experience in marketing research, preferably in project management or online panel operations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making, as well as strong negotiation skills to build relationships and influence at all levels.

A salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum is offered to the right candidate, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical insurance, personal accident coverage, term life insurance, and opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and innovative company.
