Relationship Officer

We are seeking a talented and driven Relationship Officer to join our team. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Sales Opportunities: Use your knowledge of market trends and client needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Knowledge of Loan Products: Have a good understanding of loan products and their processing.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Knowledge of Local Market: Knowledge of local market and customers.
  • Graduate: A graduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Sales: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
