  • Orienting students towards a clear and fulfilling career goal
  • Engaging with students, academicians, corporate entities, and other stakeholders to drive student preparedness and expectation alignment
  • Implementing directives received from GCGC to ensure seamless execution
  • Conducting external assessments to analyze student potential and foster growth
  • Overseeing training sessions on employability skills and ensuring their smooth conduct
  • Sharing critical information with students, mentors, and academicians to drive informed decision-making
  • Facilitating campus drives from job posting to onboarding, ensuring recruiter support
  • Providing guidance for alternate career services and managing student outcome databases
  • Periodically reporting data and insights to key stakeholders, including IQAC, GCGC, and GITAM Leadership

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills are highly desirable
  • Prior experience in handling student career outcomes and campus placement drives is preferred
  • Post-graduation in any field, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in stakeholder management roles, is required
