Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for ensuring high-quality student outcomes at GITAM Visakhapatnam campus. The primary goal is to engage with various stakeholders, including students, academicians, corporate entities, and other support services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Constantly engaging with students and academicians to inform them about industry expectations and student preparedness.
  • Implementing directives received from the relevant departments.
  • Sharing information with students, mentors, and academicians as required.
  • Managing databases related to student outcomes across all schools on the campus.
  • Providing periodic reports on data and information, as needed, to IQAC, GCGC, GITAM Leadership, etc.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members from other campuses to ensure smooth operations.
Preferred Qualifications

Applicants with prior experience in handling student career outcomes, campus placement drives, and education-related roles are preferred. Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills are highly desirable.

Requirements

A post-graduate degree in any field is mandatory, accompanied by a minimum of 15 years of experience in roles involving diverse stakeholder management.
